CaLinkr is a peer-to-peer paywall platform. By using this service you agree to the following terms.

1. No Escrow

All payments are made directly from buyer to creator on the Cardano blockchain. CaLinkr never holds, controls, or has access to any funds.

2. Creator Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for the content they sell. CaLinkr does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any digital content offered through the platform.

3. No Refunds

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, CaLinkr cannot process refunds. Disputes must be resolved between buyer and creator.

4. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to sell illegal content, malware, or anything that violates applicable law. CaLinkr reserves the right to deactivate links that violate these terms.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
